FAQ about IDFC
Q: What kind of funded projects does IDFC provide? and the qualifications of the funded personnel?
A: Only the comtestants who be invited will be funded by IDFC. We provide sponsorship for airfare and accommodation, with airfare subsidies based on economy class and hotel accommodations based on standard rooms or double rooms. Sponsorship for lunch/dinner during the competition will be in reference to the schedule. Any other expenses, including but not limited to travel insurance, daily transportation, and personal shopping, are not covered by the sponsorship.
Q: Are there specific forms or registrations required before the event?
A: Please find the registeration form attached in comfirmation email for your reference. We would appreciate it if you could complete and return it by September 6, 2024. If this is not feasible, kindly return it by September 16, 2024.
Q: Is there any assistance or information regarding travel arrangements and accommodation?
A: Hotel accommodations and meals will be arranged by us. We kindly ask that you communicate the flight details in writing beforehand.
Q: Is the uniform necessary? Dress Code?
A: Smart casual attire is recommended for the duration of the Challenge event. There is no need to wear police uniforms or work attire, as smart casual clothing will be perfectly appropriate.
Q: Will the question image/material be delivered to each team somehow on the day of the challenge?
A: The download link will be provided in advance, and the materials required for the competition will be distributed via cloud storage.
